Songs of Stuffola

Songs of Stuffola marked the fourth and final album recorded by the Herb.  The album is aptly titled.  It was the first album recorded with digital technology exclusively.  The first INH album, that is, not the first album ever.

A printing fiasco cause the song list on both Side A and Side B of the tape label to be the same.  Rest assured, the songs as listed on the album cover are actually there on side A, even if the sticker on the tape indicates otherwise.  Formerly, Reindeer Games had the song list printed directly onto the plastic tape casing.  While the sticker approach taken with SOS might have added some color (green, like this ●) to the tape, the band thinks the old way was better.

HF:  Why "Songs of Stuffola?"

INH:  Partly because someone said it and it was funny, but mostly because the songs are bad.

HF:  What's the farting sound throughout Lashback?

INH:  That was CEB.

HF:  No, really.

INH:  Mike [Stoler] took his fretless bass and he tuned the low E string down until it was as flaccid as possible, then he pulled his flaccid string until a farting sound came out.
